Shipping Policy 

  1. Order Processing Time All orders will be processed & dispatched within 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri, exclude weekends & public holidays). Orders placed on holidays/weekends will be processed on the next working day. 
  2. Delivery Time We provide Standard International Shipping only: Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days after shipment. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak shipping season or local logistics issues, which are out of our control. 
  3. Shipping Cost - Standard Shipping Flat Rate: $5.99 - FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $50 USD .
  4. Tracking Information Once your parcel ships out, we will send an email with full tracking number & tracking link. You can monitor delivery progress online. 
  5. Customs & Import Tax Import duties, VAT or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility upon arrival. We do not cover any extra local tax charges. 
  6. Delay & Lost Parcel Support If your package does not arrive within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number for further investigation.
