You agree to the following terms when applying for returns:
- Orders take 1–3 business days to process, with 7–28 business days international shipping after dispatch. Logistics or customs delays are not valid reasons for free refunds.
- EU buyers may return goods within 14 days upon delivery; other customers must apply for returns within 30 days. Custom, hygiene and clearance goods cannot be returned. All returned items must be brand new with full original packaging.
- Buyers cover all return shipping fees for voluntary returns, and initial delivery fees are non-refundable. We only cover return costs for our own shipping mistakes. Refunds will be issued after warehouse inspection of returned parcels.
- All destination import taxes and customs fees are borne solely by buyers.
- Our maximum compensation for any order will not surpass the total payment you made. Shopify only provides website technology and takes no responsibility for order disputes.
- All transaction disputes are subject to the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
